Utilising our custom designed CAFM software, our maintenance teams carry out a wide range of activities on equipment & plant, from stand alone equipment through to integrated plant maintenance care packages.

These packages are carried out at various blue chip companies.

Aims;

• Establish a bespoke operational service for your needs
  
  
• Manage the day to day operations of the support function whilst planning the long term strategy for the sites.
  
  
• Have full P&L responsibility for the sites and accountability to deliver against budgets.
  
  
• Continuously improve methodology and practice of the FM functions in order to achieve service value for money/best practice for the business.
  
  
• The principle point of contact and liaise on a monthly/weekly basis for reporting requirements.
  
  
• Understand the business needs and that of the service providers.
  
  
• Establish and maintain firm and positive management and personal relationships with the business, the staff and the users.
  
  
• Plan and dovetail with the business policies and procedures FM service requirements.
  
  
• Provide professional and technical decisions on the spectrum of estate services and soft FM services.
