Preventative Maintenance and Repair:
Preventative maintenance is undertaken under a programmed regime which is monitored and controlled by our own computerised maintenance work management system.
The system has been designed and developed by ourselves to primarily suit the needs of preventative maintenance regimes and can be applied to electrical controls, pumps, air conditioning, lighting, motors etc. We also utilise a more specialist system for electrical periodic and portable appliance testing.
Reactive Maintenance and Repair Work:
Reactive maintenance is by nature an unscheduled activity but is also controlled by our work management system on an hour by hour basis.
Reported faults are logged and prioritised for an appropriate response by the relevant operatives.
